Hindu Konar Marriage Site
Hindu konar matrimony is an ethnic group from the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The Tamil word K?n can mean "king" and "herdsmen".as the early konar chieftains may have transformed into kings of Tamilakam They are distributed throughout the state of Tamil Nadu, where they are one of the ancient Tamil castes. Hindu konar bride and groom are also called Ayar yadavar and Idaiyar. In the early Sangam literature, the Ayars are described as having occupied the mullai or 'forest region'. The word Ayar is derived from the Tamil word "Aa" meaning 'protector of cow'. Lord Krishna and his brother Balarama were born in the Konar (yadava) caste.
